Who pays the tenant screening fee?
The applicant pays Porcher's flat $50 tenant screening fee when applying through an application link. Landlords can create and share the link for free.
Does the landlord see the applicant's credit report?
The landlord or property manager connected to the application can view the credit report after verifying their own identity with a government ID and live selfie match.
Can I collect rent after approving an applicant?
Yes. After approving an applicant, you can invite them as a tenant and set up online rent collection by bank transfer or card in Porcher.
